Diamond State was established in 2021 by individuals with very different backgrounds in an effort to assist the nation in the growing need for disaster response and mitigation. Diamond State intends to provide ambulance strike teams, clean up equipment, responders and resources to disaster areas for FEMA under a subcontracts with the AMR OEM office and the National EMS contract, though EMAC agreements or by direct request. Diamond State is based out of Arkansas but responds nationwide.
