Cody Rainey - CEO/COO

Cody comes to Diamond State with 14 years of Fire and EMS Experience. Cody has worked in several roles in EMS and Fire Departments is a current Paramedic/Engineer at Conway Fire Department and comes to Diamond State as the Chief Operations Officer, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder. Cody has traveled on several recent deployments with FEMA under the same conditions that Diamond State was established for. Cody's desire to help is second to none and he leads with a passion rarely seen. Cody is responsible for supplies, daily operations, staff and fleet management along with obtaining equipment and building relationships with our partners. Cody is a family man and truly has the desire to assist his fellow man/woman.

Scott Gann - CEO/CBO

Scott comes to Diamond State with 22 years of EMS and Fire Department Experience. From patient care to administration of services, Scott has worked in various roles across many disciplines (police, fire, EMS and Emergency Management) and is now the Hospital Prepardenss Program Manager at the Arkansas Department of Health. Serving as Chief Business Officer (CBO), Chief Executive Officer and co-founder his responsibility is to obtain and maintain working relationships with Private, Public, State and Federal Departments and boards. Scott brings a wealth of experience to Diamond State as he has been to multiple national disasters for FEMA as a responder and team leader.
